He is Electrical Engineer with Diploma in Business Management. He is the vice Chairman of the Company. He has vast experience in Construction of Ash Bunds, Land Development, Tunnels, Coal Handling Plants and all types of Civil & Structural Works in addition to Techno - Commercial Management of turnkey projects. Besides being man of calm & deep thinking his decisions about the project he handles, are perfect.

He is a founder member of the SMS Infrastructure Ltd. and presently the Chairman of the Company. Besides being trained in science faculty till Graduate level, he has personally started business of contractor in year 1963. Gradually by obtaining the works of Construction of Tanks, Dams, Canals in Irrigation Department, he has expanded field of working in Roads, Buildings, Bridges, Cooling Towers and various works in M.S.E.B. like Ash Bund, Pipe Lines, Cooling Towers, Earth Works, etc.

A Commerce Graduate, the youngest Director of the Company by age has vast ambitions coupled with hard work and deep thirst of knowledge in every subject. He has been looking after financial matters of the Company apart from office administrative & accounting work and at any time, entire plan of development & figures are at the tips of his tongue and can confidently expand business with companies situated at various places like Singapore, U. S. A., etc. Apart from this, he is also responsible for new projects.

He is a Chartered Accountant and having experience of working in industrial environment since 1980. He has travelled extensively around the globe and worked in India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.

He is a M.Sc (Chemistry) and Result driven management executive with multi faceted experience of Manufacturing, Environment & Quality Management and Consulting with forty years of experience. Also actively involved as a team leader in technology up gradation, research and development, project implementation and commissioning.

He is a post graduate in Aerospace Engineering from Prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISC) Bangalore and done B.E. Mechanical from Bombay University. He has 30 years experience in corps of Electronic & Mechanical Engineers (E.M.E) of Indian Army where he maintained Helicopters, guns, Tanks vehicles. Since last 3 years he is head of common Hazardous waste Treatment storage and Disposal facility (Based on Plasma Gasification & Vitrification Technology) where he is responsible of errection, commissioning and operation of the facility.
